Having previously worked in wildlife rehabilitation and as an animal care assistant, it is safe to say I have a passion for animal welfare! Coming to the vet can sometimes be an overwhelming experience for clients and their pets. As a receptionist, I love being a friendly first point of contact, helping create a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
